Looking online for help with roll over loans I was upside down with equity first to pop up was Utah credit approval auto. Walk in with no hope then George greeted me and everything changed Big Ed worked his magic and boom I was walking out with a new car. The whole staff was awesome.

I've been putting this off due to life being a roller-coaster (literally) but I just want to give a huge shout out to Big Ed and his team. Since day one of contacting them after filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy, everything was great. This is the one dealership that actually treated me like a human regardless of my situation. I really liked working with these guys, they were on top of things! They kept their word to me every step of the way. They found me the car I wanted and found a way to get me approved for it, not once did they hassle me or try to sell me a car I didn't feel great about buying and when you're fresh out of a bankruptcy that's impressive! They also made sure the car had everything it needed they replaced my breaks on it free of charge as promised they have a great service department they were friendly and on top of things! I've got nothing but good things to say about the folks here at utah credit approval, hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. After I heard the add on the radio we called them and a few other dealerships when our car broke down. GO HERE 1ST try them before any other dealership. YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! We panicked when my husband didnt have a ride because my husband is our primary bread winner. The team here made sure we got into a vehicle that night. Every other dealership we talked to wouldn't do anything without a down payment. The team here has been patient and worked with us on our down payment. Plus we got into a reliable vehicle with low miles that we don't have to worry about breaking down on us. This will be where we buy all our vehicles from in the future.
