I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and worked hard to help me get my car fixed. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want the best for them. I’m so thankful for their kindness and professionalism, it made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable!

I came in with low expectations as my financial situation wasn’t the best and I have been turned down before. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the sweetest m people I have ever met. Justine and Alexa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The car I originally came in for wasn’t working for my situation, and they got me in something even BETTER than what I came for! Justine is so funny and was the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Ed has an amazing team on his hands and I’m forever greatful that they upgraded me from an old junky 2013 to the nicest 2020 I could never imagine being in. Will forever recommend this amazing place.

After an awful week of a broken down car, dragging our tired overstimulated kids everywhere, and salespeople pushing us around Ed, Justine, Melissa, and Alexa and the rest of the team were a safe place! They took amazing care of us and our kids. They bent over backwards to insure we were taken care of. Truly wonderful people to work with! They showed the most respect for the hard choices we had to make. They could have been judgmental and rude, but they weren’t. They were kind and patient and truly wonderful!

I went to markosian and got so screwed on a car. I’m a single mom of 2 boys with no financial support. I decided to come here because of how sick I felt with the deal I got from markosian the day before and Utah Credit Approval Auto Sales HELPED ME SO MUCH! They are human here! Got a car for my budget! I feel so much better! I’ll be able to afford car insurance and rent and a car payment. They listen, they see you. They’re not sharks here!

This is a horrible place to get a car all the cars are dirty there is something wrong with every car there he has his mechanics fix the minor issues and tells you everything is fine nothing is fine the cars will stop running or need new transmissions a few months after you buy them, I definitely think twice if you're trying to buy a car from this place!!

Got a car from here the approval process was fast and simple but after I naught my car my car broke down I couldn’t get an answer and he didn’t want to help me even when it was only 3 days after I had driven off the lot he said it’s not his job to help me

Got a car here for a family member and it broke down after a few weeks and they were completely unhelpful.

Worst place to get your car fixed and to buy a car they are shady they don’t admit to anything the owner of the company tires to talk down on you and washes his bass by saying they are used. Cars and all he has is power to do finance DO NOT GO THERE your calling my review fake becouse you don’t want to own up to what you have done I don’t need to explain myself.
